  • Service providers / processors: hosting, CDN and security (Cloudflare), our email-marketing platform (MailerLite), analytics (Google Analytics 4), and advertising (Google AdSense), each acting on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LuxiIPTV, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

9. Children's Privacy
